Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have after hours for emergencies?

AACC has an After Hours Voicemail that goes directly to our team to triage whether or not an emergency exam is necessary. If your dog requires potential hospitilization we recommend going to an emergency hospital in Portland.

Do you offer payment plans?

At AACC we do not have in house financing, however we can help you apply for two external financing options through: CareCredit and ScratchPay. Please see our Financing tab for more information.

Do you see all types of animals?

Our hospital focuses their expertise on cats and dogs only. However, we can point you in the right direction if you have an exotic pet, a pocket pet, or livestock that you need medical care for.

I know what’s wrong with my pet; why can’t you just give me the medication?

Federal law requires that veterinarians establish a valid client-patient-doctor relationship before treating an animal and/or providing medication.  Also licensed veterinarians are the only people who can diagnose and treat animal illnesses.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes! To be sure we have time to see your pet and have scheduled time to focus just on you and your pet and their needs. We understand there are times when your pet needs to be seen sooner than we have availability, in cases like that please call our front desk we will try our best to get your pet seen.

I highly recommend Dr. White and the staff at All Animal Care. They were able to get our black lab Rosie in quickly and diagnosed the issue immediately. Dr. White provided a range of care options with no pressure. Surgery was scheduled two days later, so quick! All of the staff were caring and we couldn't have asked for better care for our dog. Wish I would have found this place last year when dealing with medical issues for our dog but I'm glad to have them now. Clinic is clean and professional and the prices are reasonable. Worth the drive to Hood River!

I called first thing this morning, my cat had what I thought was an eye infection. They got me in right away. I appreciate that they give all options available and puts no pressure on you to do more then needed unless you want to. They then provided quotes on all availble options and let me decide how to proceed. There is no pressure, and everyone is so kind and friendly there. Thank you!!

They got my pup in on an emergency visit immediately and we werent even regular patients as we live out of town. The staff took care of our issue and were so professional and very nice. Can't recommend them enough!

This is the best place to take your animals for care. The vets and staff are loving, compassionate, caring, gentle and take the time to explain procedures to you.

The prices are reasonable and they will always ask you first before they do any procedures to your pet.

I am so glad that I go here and my pets love it as well.

    Thank you

Description goes hereThey saw my dog on an emergency basis because she suddenly stopped being able to walk. The technicians came out and wheeled her in the office on a gurney. The loving kindness my dog and I received was amazing. The doctors diagnosed her problem and also consulted with Specialists. She’s now on medication and doing amazingly well. I am so very, very thankful.
