  • Jill Petersen CVT & Franklin & Tzul

    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Jill began her career in Veterinary Medicine when she graduated from Bel-Rea Institute in Colorado in 1995, while she simultaneously finished her BS in Biology. Jill then taught Large Animal Medicine and Surgical Nursing at Bel-Rea, she also taught veterinary technician intern students at Alameda East Veterinary Hospital.

    She helped develop the Veterinary Technician Program at Truckee Meadows Community College. She then moved back to Colorado where she taught Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Surgical Nursing, and Large Animal Medicine to veterinary technician students at the Community College of Denver.

    Jill and her family moved to Hood River when she then stepped away from Veterinary Medicine to pursue a career as a Human Physical Therapy Assistant. She worked in this field for 8 years.

    JIll came back to her roots in Veterinary Medicine in 2022 at AACC where she helps care for all our patients. She is also currently working on her Certified Canine Rahabilitation Veterinary Technician (CCRVT) Certification.

    In her free time Jill enjoys all types of watersports, snowsports and mountain biking with her husband and 2 kids.

  • Sean Miles CVT & Loki

    Certified Veterinary Technician

    Sean grew up in Kailua on the island of O’ahu.

    He originally studied music at Windward Community College graduating in 2008, but then became certified in Veterinary Technology soon after that. Sean with his mentor Dr. Caspers started the first Veterinary Technician Program in Hawai’i.

    Sean has worked in many settings in veterinary medicine. He was a technician in Hawai’i for 12 years before moving on to Northwest Veterinary Specialists in Portland for 8 years, where he was also a supervisor..

    One of Sean’s goals is to complete his Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) certification in Anesthesia and Analgesia.

    In his free time, Sean enjoys snowboarding, hiking, working on his 1972 SS Camaro and his Harley Davidson.

  • Victoria & Trigger

    Veterinary Assistant

    Victoria, fondly known as Vic, grew up in Hood River, Oregon. After graduating high school, she moved to Pendleton to further her education, earning her AAOT degree. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for veterinary medicine.

    Since returning to the Gorge, Vic has focused her career on providing compassionate and skilled care to animals. She is currently enrolled in technician school, to become a Certified Veterinary Technician, with a particular interest in working with large animals. She is committed to continuously honing her skills to deliver the highest quality care and support to animals and their families.

    Outside of her work, Vic leads an active lifestyle and enjoys horseback riding, running alongside her dog, Trigger, who never fails to keep her motivated.

  • Aryn & Po

    Veterinary Assistant

    Aryn was born and raised in Hood River, Oregon. She graduated from Hood River Valley High School. Shortly after graduating, Aryn embarked on her professional journey at All Animal Care Clinic, where she has been a valued member of the team ever since.

    Currently, Aryn is pursuing a degree in veterinary technology to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has a strong passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being. Aryn takes pride in her role at the clinic, striving every day to provide compassionate care and support to animals and their families.

    In her free time, Aryn enjoys cooking and exploring new places. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, Ranger and Po.

  • Sarah & Bella

    Veterinary Assistant

    Sarah was raised in the Columbia River Gorge, although she spent many years of her childhood in Africa where her parents work. Sarah grew up on a farm so she has been around animals all her life. She began working in Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and transitioned to our specialty clinic in 2023 where she also works as a scrub nurse for our orthopedic surgeon.

    Sarah also became a certified phlebotomy technician, lived in Beirut, Lebanon as a house mother, took Arabic lessons, and learned how to artificially inseminate cows.

    Sarah’s future goals include becoming an ultrasound technician through Montana State University, going on every hike in the Gorge, and spending as much time with Bella as she can.

    Outside of work Sarah enjoys horseback riding and hiking roadtripping and spending quality time with friends, visiting friends and family in Malawi, Africa, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

  • Daisy & Charlie

    Kennel Technician

    Daisy grew up in Aberdeen, WA and moved to Hood River when she was 11. She is currently a senior at Hood River Valley High School.

    Daisy aspires to be a Certified Veterinary Technician and is currently working towards that goal by enrolling in college courses so that she can apply to technician school in a couple of years.

    She is excited to have the opportunity to work at All Animal Care Clinic to learn as much as she can before she goes to school.

    Outside of work Daisy enjoys cooking and spending time with her dogs, they remind her daily how to enjoy the little things in life.
